I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to the airport without the noise, and near the river. I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences I needed. The service was outstanding, especially from Dan and Ricki Lake at the reception desk. The location was perfect, right on the Swan river with stunning views from the restaurant decking. The dining experience was okay with included baked apples. Overall, a great place to stay with some room for improvement in hospitality.
